Shipping Policy

All sales on Slow Fades are final. Please review measurements, photos, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Shipping is handled by individual sellers using prepaid labels generated through our platform. Slow Fades does not ship items directly. Once an order is placed, the seller is responsible for packaging and shipping within their stated handling time.

Tracking is included on every order. All shipping labels generated through Slow Fades include tracking by default. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order, using live carrier rates.

We currently ship within the United States, to Canada, and to most international destinations across Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. A small number of countries are not currently supported — if your country isn't available at checkout, we're not yet able to ship there.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, included in your total at the time of purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees by customs or carriers upon delivery.

Slow Fades is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers. We strongly encourage sellers to use appropriate packaging and declared value for high-value items.
